Return

You have 30 days to return an item from date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, we require a couple of things.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original, unopened packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If you are returning bulk Savaltore items:
    • Please pack cases into an outer shipping box.
    • Please do not place shipping labels directly onto returned cases of Savaltore
    • Please note we can only accept returns of full, unopened cases of Savaltore.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit usually within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted to return or refund. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

For broken or defective items . Plz contact us and we will ship new item next 5-10 days . 

Products on sale are non-returnable. This includes items in our Limited offering collection. 

We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
